ANALISIS PERAN HOME INDUSTRI KONVEKSI SANDAL WANITA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT MENURUT PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM

Abstract

This research is qualitative in nature. Qualitative research is research that tends to use analysis with an inductive approach and is descriptive or explanatory in nature. This research focuses more on facts that occur in the field. The data obtained comes from observations, documentation and interviews with informants. The informants of this study were home industry owners in Tembung Village, Deli Serdang District, Percut Sei Tuan District, as well as employees working in the home industry. The results showed: First, the home industry in Tembung Village, Deli Serdang Regency, had a positive impact on improving the family economy. Welfare indicators can be seen from income, education and health. Second, based on an Islamic review, welfare indicators are seen from monotheism, the fulfillment of food needs, and the loss of fear. Where in carrying out work and effort with good intentions it will become worship to Allah. As well as in carrying out business activities food needs can be fulfilled properly and in accordance with Islamic teachings, then all business activities are protected and cared for during production activities, and can be used to meet needs in the future, in addition to fulfilling financial and spiritual needs properly also.
