PERBANDINGAN TINGKAT KEBUGARAN JASMANI SISWA BERMUKIM DI PESANTREN DAN SISWA BERMUKIM DI RUMAH SISWA KELAS X MADRASAH ALIYAH

Physical fitness is an indicator of a person's endurance in carrying out daily activities. In education, every student has different levels of physical fitness for each individual. In this study, an assessment was carried out related to differences in the level of physical fitness between students who live in Islamic boarding schools and students who live in Islamic boarding schools in class X Madrasah Aliyah Al-Maarif Singosari. This research is useful for knowing the level of physical fitness of students to encourage increased physical activity so that the body becomes healthy and makes the learning acceptance process better. This research is comparative with a quantitative approach by conducting tests guided by TKJI. Based on the TKJI test, it was found that the physical fitness level of students who live in Islamic boarding schools is (10.87) which is in the less category. The physical fitness level of students who live at home (16.83) who have TKJI test results are in the medium category. Based on the results of the analysis of the prerequisite test data, it was found that the data were normally distributed and had the same variance. The results of the different test data analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the level of physical fitness of students who lived in Islamic boarding schools and students who lived at home
