Abstrak

Football is a large ball of material taught in high school by incorporating assessment of skill skill that matches basic competence. The purpose of this research and development is to produce a valid soccer skill test instrument and can be used by the teacher Physical education, sports and health to supplement their nutritional value. The method in this study is research & development. The results in this study and development are totally valid passing and dribbling test tools with a highly defined percentage of 81% for the validation of football materials and with a 78% percentage of the validation of test assessments and measurement, of which this soccer skill test instrument is totally worth using by teacher Physical education, sports and health. according to the acquisition of percentage value.
