Abstract

This research aims to determine the increase in the ability to solve contextual problems of students in class XIA Pharmacy Industry at Putra Indonesia Vocational School Malang through the Discovery Learning (DL) learning model assisted by Google Form media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a spiral model from C. Kemmis & Mc. Taggart. The research subjects were students in class XIA Industrial Pharmacy at Putra Indonesia Vocational School, Malang, totaling 29 students. The data collection technique uses knowledge assessment techniques in the form of multiple choice questions and essays and non-tests in the form of attitudes and skills assessment. The results of the research are proven by the results that students have developed class cycle I was 24.1% and in cycle II it was 48.3% of 29 students. Thus, it can be concluded that the Discovery Learning (DL) model assisted by Google Form media can improve the ability to solve contextual problems of XIA Industrial Pharmacy students at SMK Putra Indonesia Malang.
