This study aims to describe the classification of the characters' emotions in the novel Represi by Fakhrisina Amalia. The theory used in this paper is David Krech's psychological theory regarding the classification of emotions. The method used in this research is literature study with reading, listening, and note research techniques.Based on the results of the study, four classifications of emotions were found in Anna's character as follows. First, the classification of basic emotions, namely joy, anger, fear, and sadness. Second, the classification of emotions related to sensory stimulation, consisting of pain, disgust, happiness. Third, the classification of emotions related to self-assessment which consists of success and failure, pride and shame, guilt and regret. Fourth, the classification of emotions related to other people which consists of love and hate.
