This research aims to analyze employee perceptions of the compensation system in the Creative Industry, with a focus on a case study of the Lau Sigembura Hot Spring Business. The creative industry is a rapidly growing sector, which considers aspects of creativity, innovation and collaboration. In this context, the compensation system is key in ensuring employee welfare and the sustainability of company operations. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with Hot Spring Lau
Sigembura employees. The data collected was analyzed using a content analysis approach, focusing on identifying patterns and findings that emerged from the interviews.
