THE INFLUENCE OF JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE RETENTION IN MSMEs SALERO ABADI EATING HOUSE

This research aims to explore the relationship between the level of job satisfaction and employee retention at the UMKM Rumah Makan Salero Abadi. This research was conducted using direct observation methods and questionnaires as data collection tools.The research results show that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee retention at the UMKM Rumah Makan Salero Abadi. Factors such as salary, promotion opportunities, relationships with coworkers, and work environment have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have a higher level of loyalty and desire to remain with the company.The implication of this research is that it is important for MSME management to pay attention to and improve the factors that influence employee job satisfaction, in order to increase employee retention and achieve stability and optimal organizational performance.
