The objectives of this study were to; (1) determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation on MSME Performance, (2) determine the effect of market orientation on MSME Performance, (3) determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Management Skill, (4) determine the effect of market orientation on management skills, (5) determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Market Orientation on MSME Performance through Management Skill as a Mediating Variable. This research is a survey study using explanatory research. The data needed is primary data obtained using a questionnaire with a Likert scale given to 100 respondents and then processed using SPSS 20 software. The results showed that; (1) there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs. (2) there is a significant influence between market orientation on the performance of MSMEs. (3) there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation on management skills (4) there is a significant influence between market orientation on management skills (5) there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on MSME performance through management skills as a mediating variable.
