Abstract

Paylater is an online credit payment service that allows users to pay for products in the marketplace or e-commerce in installments without a credit card or the term "Buy Now, Pay Later". By conducting this research, the researcher intended to determine the influence of perceived risk on trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust on behavioral intention to use paylater services in Jabodetabek which is based on the Technology Acceptand Model (TAM) theory. The respondents in this study were 220 millennials with birth years 2000-1980 in Jabodetabek. Using primary data by distributing online questionnaires and data processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research produces an overall P-value exceeding 0.05. It is concluded that perceived risk and trust have a significant negative influence. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust with behavioral intention to use paylater services in Jabodetabek have a positive and significant
