This study aims to determine the results of athletes' reaction speed, agility, and balance abilities after being given core stability training and core strength training. The research method used is a survey method. The population in this study consists of 30 athletes from PB Satnight Junior. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Core stability training and core strength training were provided for 8 (eight) weeks with a frequency of 3 (three) training sessions per week. The instruments used to measure reaction speed were the ruler drop test, agility was measured using the Illinois agility run test, and balance was measured using the stork stand test. The results showed that after receiving core stability and core strength training, the athletes' reaction speed was at an "above average" level, agility was at an "average" level, and balance was still at a "poor" level
