The aim of this research is to identify the results of the effectiveness test of peer assessment in Physical Education and Health (PJOK) subject, specifically focusing on the skill of passing the volleyball underarm in 7th grade at SMP Laboratorium UM Malang using an offline method. The research adopts a quantitative approach, and the sample is collected through random sampling, involving a total of 87 students from three different classes. The research procedure includes the following steps: 1) Subject selection, 2) PJOK subject learning, 3) Implementation of treatment, 4) Assignment, and 5) Assessment. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires or surveys using Google Forms. The data analysis technique employed is the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test since the research data does not follow a normal distribution. Based on the results of the analysis, the difference between groups given Training & Video Instruction and Video Instruction procedures indicates a significant significance level of 0.038. The use of peer assessment instruments by providing both procedures (how-to videos and training) conducted offline was declared effective. The researchers hope that future studies will employ larger samples to enhance representativeness and also examine other variables like students' learning motivation and initial skills that may influence peer assessment
