The purpose of this research is to determine and measure the level of physical fitness of students who take part in extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Kras which aims to encourage increased physical fitness activities of students so that their body condition becomes healthy and fit so that the learning process can be maximized. This research used a descriptive survey method involving 63 students aged 13-15 years from four types of extracurriculars: futsal, basketball, volleyball and jujitsu. Measurements were carried out using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) which includes tests of speed, arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, explosive power and cardiovascular endurance. The research results show that the majority of extracurricular participants have a moderate level of physical fitness. The average score for each activity was above 2.5, with percentages ranging from 51.3% to 53.3%. These results indicate the need to increase students' physical fitness through the extracurricular activities they participate in.
