One of the most important aspects in improving sports performance is physical fitness. However, an ongoing problem with extracurricular activities in schools is the lack of planning, substandard goals and objectives with regards to actual physical fitness for students. This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of extracurricular sports participants at SMP Negeri 1 Pakis. This research applies a quantitative approach through surveys and tests and measurements given to extracurricular sports participants. At SMP Negeri 1 Pakis, the research sample consisted of 66 people, with details of 18 participants taking part in basketball extracurriculars, 21 participants taking part in volleyball extracurriculars, and 27 participants taking part in self-protection extracurriculars.
