Profil Tingkat Aktivitas Fisik, Pola Tidur, dan Tingkat Aktivitas Sedentari pada Remaja di SMA Negeri 1 Pecangaan Pasca Pandemi COVID-19

Adolescents are an age group that often experiences changes in behavior, including physical activity, sleep patterns, and sedentary activities. Several factors such as technological developments and cultural changes can affect the healthy lifestyle of adolescents. This study aims to describe the level of physical activity, sleep patterns, and the level of sedentary activity in adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Pecangaan after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample used amounted to 100 students of SMA Negeri 1 Pecangaan. The sampling technique used was proportional sampling. The instruments used to measure physical activity, sleep patterns, and sedentary activity are the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and Adolescent Sedentary Activity Questionnaire (ASAQ). Data analysis used descriptive statistics. The results showed that adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Pecangaan had high physical activity, poor sleep patterns, and sedentary activity in the moderate category.
