Abstract

Current physical fitness conditions are used as an indicator of a person's endurance in their activities. This research is quantitative descriptive in nature with data collection using the TKJI test. In the learning program students are allowed to develop their interests and talents by participating in extracurricular programs. This research aims to obtain information related to students' physical fitness which is useful in encouraging increased student physical activity so that their bodies become fit and healthy so that the learning process can be maximized. In this study, after processing the data and obtaining test results, the average score for the physical fitness level of futsal extracurricular students was 14 and badminton extracurricular students was 12, so that the physical fitness level at Madrasah Aliyah Al Maarif Singosari was included in the classification of low physical fitness level. the average figure is 13.34
