One of the external elements that significantly affects a person's level of physical fitness is physical exercise. One aspect of one's living environment that is crucial for physical activity is support. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the neighborhood where pre-school children reside affects their level of physical activity. The study is taking place in SE- Merjosari Village, Malang City, and includes pre-school children aged 3-5. The method used in this study is a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach. 114 pupils in total were the study's participants. GPAQ data analysis methods using percentage calculations and PAQ-C data gathering methods. According to the study's findings, PAQ-C physical activity scored in the good group with 57%, while GPAQ physical activity scored in the moderate to high category with 78%. In order to draw the conclusion that SE-Merjosari Village, Malang City's efforts to promote the physical activity of pre-school children aged 3-5 years have had positive results, it is necessary to examine the results of this study
