The role of teachers plays an important role in the promotion of physical activity in schools. The systematic review aimed to determine the proportion of physical education lesson spent by student in moderate to vigorous physical activity by Moderate To Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA). Therefore, students should participate in at least 50% of the physical activity of the lesson time to receive the appropriate health and academic benefits recommended by World Health Organization (WHO). Based on these evaluations, researchers conducted a study to analyze how big the role of teachers in promoting physical activity, especially to preschool students. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using media in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation to research subjects. Data measured using a Likert scale with three alternative answers: always, sometimes and never. According to findings 49.13%, in the demonstrator sub-variable had a medium category level of 45.12%, in the motivator sub-variable had a medium category level 63.41%, in the evaluator sub-variable had a very low category level 32.52%, and in the supervision sub-variable had a medium category 47.97%.
