The limitation of the problem in this research is creative writing for students in the form of paragraphs placed between existing short story standards as beginner writing practice. The formulation of the problem in this writing is whether students are able to write creatively using short stories in the form of paragraphs to be added between paragraphs in existing short stories. This research uses a qualitative approach by presenting data in the form of detailed descriptions, direct quotes, and documentation or cases. The source of this data is related to the text of the short story Corpse Yang Returned by Ray Rizal in 1997. This uses the Based Learning method, namely: project-based learning cannot be separated from careful planning. This data uses a data networking instrument in the form of a column which functions to facilitate monitoring of incoming data created for students. Next, the data is entered as a result of students' creative writing and then analyzes the text in the form of language exposure. Data Collection Instruments include table columns 1 and 2 to make it easier to monitor student work results in real time. There are three paths to qualitative data analysis in data analysis, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
