The village holds significant potential in coffee production, but post-harvest challenges such as handling, processing, and marketing remain primary obstacles to the development of this sector. In addressing these challenges, this article proposes a series of strategies aimed at improving efficiency and adding value to coffee products. Practical steps include the introduction of innovative technologies in post-harvest processes, farmer training to enhance processing skills, and the development of sustainable partnerships between farmers and relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on sustainability aspects by integrating environmentally friendly farming practices, better monitoring and management of post-harvest waste, and the implementation of sustainable planting systems. The article also highlights the role of the local community and government support in creating a conducive environment for sustainable post-harvest revitalization of coffee. By implementing these strategies, it is expected that the village of Kucur can establish a strong foundation for the growth of the coffee sector, improve the livelihoods of farmers, and make a positive contribution to environmental sustainability.
